Lumin was conceived to encourage multi-generational conversations and amplify women’s voices — exploring how connection, collaboration, and shared experience can support women to grow and sustain their businesses.

A six-month pilot phase sparked valuable conversations, tested ideas, and highlighted the power of intergenerational connection. It also raised deeper questions about what kind of structured support and opportunities would create the most impact.

Now, we’re taking time to reflect and consider how Lumin might evolve to meet these needs in a meaningful way.

We believe that when women connect across generations, share knowledge, and explore ways to collaborate, great things can happen. How that takes shape next is something we’re thinking deeply about.
